Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Customers are eligible for an exchange or full refund if they receive a defective or damaged item.
  • Please report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

2. Wrong Size or Color:

  • Exchanges are only allowed if customers received an item in the wrong size or color due to the boutique's error.
  • Notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

3. Change of Mind:

  • Refunds and exchanges are not applicable for change of mind.

4. Clearance of Sales Items:

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for clearance or sale items.
  • All sales of clearance or sale items are final.

5. Return Shipping and Address:

  • The boutique is responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is due to the boutique error or a defective / damaged item,

We will proceed with the refund upon receiving the returned items. Please note that any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.
